Hi one and all

Welcome to CAG/BAG and before you start please read first!! start here:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/

And follow the step by step and you will find the links to the letters you will need and in what order.

But don't rush this or it is very easy to make mistakes if you don't follow the advice on here. if you are not sure about anything then please ask before you take action and to do this start a thread in your banks forum and keep to this so we can see what you have done so far and what you need to do next.

Take your time and enjoy the ride:)

welly;)

I've had a look and some say just phone and get the amount owed over the last six years, but some say I need to send the DPA letter. I've noticed there are no time scales on the DPA letter. Do I insert a 6 year time scale? Cheers.

Hello

Please supply me with a complete list of transactions and charges relating to my banking history with your organisation. Alternatively, a complete set of statements for that period will be acceptable.

This covers the time you have had the account even if over 6 years and send the SAR to your banks head office with the £10 (Recorded delivery) or take into your local branch and get a receipt for it.

All the addresses are on your banks forums and good luck :)
