Well I've printed off my 2 copies of my S.A.R request, signed both. One is awaiting, with a cheque for £10, recorded postage on Monday.

This journey is going to be interesting, I've been with the bank since I left school, some 17 years.

I'll keep you all posted.

Posted the letter via recorded signed for. And as yet the Royal Mail don't have any info on it being delivered. Now it's either been turned away by TSB or the RM have lost it, i suspect it's the latter as the RM are next to useless IMO.

Absolutly!! There is a problem at the moment with RM in regards to registered or recorded delivery, the postman gets it signed for but somewhere along the way it is not scanned back into the system with the signiture so therefore it is not showing as signed for, best idea is to ring Lloyds Copy statement unit and check has it been received, you will need to quote oyur a/c number, my guess is that it has been delivered but royal mail have just cocked it up.....

Copy Statement Unit is

Even if they say they dont have it give it a couple of days b4 sending another sar request as it may be sitting on a desk somewhere awaiting direction.
