I cannot see mine, except in my profile, and there is no sig showing on your posts, Honeybee?

You're right, not on this thread, I noticed just now. I'll go and see what other ones of mine look like.

caledfwlch, I'm baffled, but it doesn't take much with IT. :(

I thought it was to do with the length of the post, but I just looked at another thread where I posted 2 lines and it's there. Here's the Latin bit, fwiw.

Illegitimi non carborundum.

Pray tell if you're sir or madam if you don't mind?

I am of the Male section of the Species :D:razz:

My "handle" is the original old Welsh for King Arthur's Sword. You get Excalibur because the Latin take on "Caledfwlch" was iirc Caliburn > Excalibur in English.

Excalibur, right. :) I understand now, thank you.

I may be a bit of a scifi/fantasy/history geek :p

Which of course, gives me perfect training and background with dealing with things like RLP and Bailiffs, since their letters and invoices would make even Tolkien blush with jealousy with the level of imagination and fantasy contained within them :D

Indeed. :) Of course, JRR could have written in Anglo-Saxon or Elvish.

I think Boots now operates a bilingual policy, signage etc in welsh stores, so really, RLP should be contacting in both languages too ;)

I wonder if DCA's and Bailiff's working for central and local government departments are actually! It would be a breach of Law if not I think, as they are "agents of the state" and the state must be bilingual in Wales.
