Hi, first thanks for any help I get.

Right, I got into a bit of a mess last year with these ****** loan companies, I've sorted myself out and am willing to give up any enjoyment for the next few months to pay them off.

Lending Stream: About 200

Mini Credit: 125 - to be paid next week (I can pay this fine)

Pay Day Express: 270

TxtLoan: Originially 117, now they've agreed I can pay £218 in 4 stages, lucky me.

I can pay about £350 a month, but payday are ignoring me. Txtloan keep upping the price, they've agreed a totally unfair repayment plan. Lending stream don't even bother contacting me, so I will pay the rest and try and agree a one off payment my first payday after clearing the other three (well, two txtloans and payday).

Here's what txtloan said:

We offer short-term 15 day loans only. However, as a responsible lender, we are willing to modify your repayment details and agree that you can pay back the outstanding balance as follows:

REPAYMENT PLAN:

Date: 2012-01-12 | Amount £50.00

Date: 2012-02-12 | Amount £50.00

Date: 2012-03-12 | Amount £50.00

Date: 2012-04-12 | Amount £50.00

Date: 2012-04-30 | Amount £18.00

Total Sum: £218.00

Please note that we will debit your card for the repayments so please make sure we have your up to date details. If you fail to follow the repayment plan the loan will continue to follow the original credit cycle per your loan agreement.

And payday are ignoring me. I just want to pay them all off and never touch them again, but they're so hard to deal with and utterly unfair, I don't earn a lot (minimum wage) and pay a decent wage towards rent and food etc.

Is it worth going to payplan or someone? Again, thanks for any help.

From monday 8th Jan I believe that a Credit Union can help you with your remaining loan.

To be honest I can't be 100% sure, but hopefully they can payoff your loans, then provide a loan that you can manage,

Cheers, I have found one of those unions near my workplace, do you have any idea how they can help? Thanks for the welcome.

Ok, well I've contacted my local union. From looking around it seems they loan about £500 paid off at a low interest over 12 months? Would be ideal to pay off txt loan and payday express with no hassle... Lets see what they reply thanks.
