Hi

I think your biggest issue is Natwest as you have an overdraft and a loan with them. It is not unknown for a creditor to offset the loan debt with your current account even if that pushes your overdraft higher. Now I'm not saying Natwest will do this but you should be aware.

My opinion is that creditors do this as overdraft charges cannot be reclaimed whereas loan charges can.

If you use the template letters in the library to help negotiate, that would be a good start.

Work out what you have to play with each month and offer that (making sure the amount will not leave you overstretched)

As with the credit cards and the catalogues. Pound a month

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

You will also need to sort out an income and expenditure plan so you know exactly where you. I have attached one below for you.
