HI Ims, Hi Citizen how are you both?

I've had some good news this morning, well actually I've had some AMAZING news! I had a letter back from HSBC and they have agreed to make me an offer..................not for the £4790.00 I asked for though...................they have asked me also to take into consideration the PPI I paid on my graduate loan before this one..........................they've offered me £9983.00!!!!!!!!!

WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!................................Now that's what I call a Merry Christmas!

they've said it could tak up to 4 weeks to get the money but that's a wait that I'm more than willing to do.

I just wanted to thank you both very much for all your help and to wish you both a very happy christmas. I'd like to make a donation to the website as well if I may? So i was wondering if you could help me one last time by telling me how i go about it please.

Once again, thank you both so much, you've helped to give a family a christmas they'll never forget!

Sporty :-D

Actually, scrub that request, I see the link on here now, lol!

Merry Christmas!

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

HI

Congratulations an amazing result for you , what a fabulous Christams present.

I submitted a claim to HSBC a couple of weeks before you and I received a letter saying they were dealing with claims in the order they received them , which clearly isn't the case.

I have been trying to ring them and not managed to get through , I just wondered whether they had quoted a contact number that I could try. I am ringing 02380723004

Regards

W

Thanks very much.

The number I quoted is in a letter from HSBC. When you ring they play a very long recorded message giving every possible answer they can think off to PPI queries.

At the end you have the option of waiting to speak to someone, the caveat being they are very busy so might be waiting a while. Well that is true after 5 minutes or so , the ringtone disappears and then nothing.

Tried this a couple of times now.

What really irritates is they have put in their apology for the delay letter please ring this number if you have any queries.

Makes you wonder whether they are trying to wind us up as well as telling porkies about dealing with claims in order.

Anyway its Christmas so will try the numbers you have given me after the festivities

Happy Christmas
