Hi all,

Small success!!

SAR sent 28/8/06

Initial Req sent 06/09/06 for £504

Reply dated 8/09/06 with offer of £252, as a "goodwill guesture" to be credited to my account before next bill due:D

 

Time to press on for the rest, I cant believe how easy it was.

 

Thanks to this forum i might be able to get my life and finances on track:D

No I didnt, I know the account wasn't open much before then, £500 keeps me happy :)

 

The 250 has been credited to my b'card already, thought i would be in for a struggle after reading some of these posts.

 

hi the only thing almost for certain is that people dont see the inside of a court, as for the rest some get "paid" early others dont. There is no logic to the way the banks are dealing with claims. I am still waiting!!!:D

B'card have been really quick. Woolwich acknowledged my SAR but haven't received info yet. Clydesdale haven't acknowledged my SAR, have about 10 days left.

 

Sent them all the £10, Woolwich returned it :) everything sent recorded delivery.
