People need help 24/7. Its great to see so many people giving up their time on every day and at weird hours to offer help and support.

 

I just find it addictive having received help and now trying to give something back.

Couldn't agree more, you can almost hear the sighs of relief when people find CAG and realise they are not alone and can get such fantastic help, freely given by experts or from their own experiences.

Just curious as to how "The CAG Team" identify spammers. Are you all sitting there keeping a constant vigil?

There are a number of ways in which they come to our attention.

In many cases members report their posts.

There are certain times of the day when they are active-this can often be in middle of night.

We have some good tools also to spot them.

It is a nuisance since it denies the team time from getting on with helping others.

HB good idea.Maybe you could write something using the info posted up in here over last days.

 

You should be able to see your last 10 feedbacks received by looking in your user control panel (CP) Scroll down to the bottom of subscribed threads.

At the bottom on the right should list last reputation received showing thread,date and person who gave.

Clicking on the thread takes you to the post.

There is also at the top of this list a grey bar which gives total points.

See if you can access that ok.

There is also the option to rec notifications for private messages.

Usually in that area notification is also given for new reputation rec and also friend requests.

Your current rep level points is

1101-so you are already 101 over the highest rating achievable.
