Hello everybody,

I am looking at my options as far as debt is involved. I have looked at all sorts of routes, bankruptcy, IVA, Debt management plans etc.

I found this company in a publication that i get from work. Its the NHS's own one so im pretty sure all is ok with that so thats not too much of an issue for me

Currently i have just over 100K of debt, mostly credit cards and all those sorts of things, however i dont know if i want to go for a bankruptcy and clear the lot, or stick with an IVA. I DO have a home and mortgage payments, that i have only defaulted on a couple of times.

Speaking with them last night it was reassuring to a certain extent. They explained the process with creditors meetings etc etc. I am aware there are fees and there is always a chance that my creditors may not agree an IVA. blah blah..... (I read all this on the forums daily)

I just wanted to know from people with experience what was the best option for them, around a similar debt level as me. I am not looking to rush into this without asking people, however im a bit embarrassed to ask friends, plus, you guys have been there and done it!

Fine with the company i have chosen, now i just need a 'push' from your stories, bad or good. please!!
