Nationwide have not filed a reply to the court by the due date. I suppose this means I win?:( I have sent a request for judgement to the court but can they ignore this too? They'll have to contact me or the court at some stage surely?

Claim from NATIONWIDE

Request for repayment of charges £2485 - 24/7/06

Letter Before Action - 2/8/06

Have they not acknowledged the claim then?

First time I have ever known Nationwide not to do this!

You'll get your money - probably just an oversight on their part

Nationwide have not even acknowledged my claim or the papers sent by the courts. They are probably snowed under with so many claims that mine has slipped through.

Have been told by the court that I win by default but there is a backlog and they cannot enter judgement til next week. I just want to know Nationwide's response, someone has missed this one and will get it in the neck!:)

I just want you to get your money back!

I was going to ask if you had contacted them but on second thoughts I wouldn't bother until you have that judgement from the court.

They could always claim they never received it and ask for it to be set aside though.....
