The Vet one Termie, I shan't be using them, thats for sure

I couldn't bring myself to watch the Vet report. I know in my heart what it would have covered and it reminds me of the inhumanity in the world which I am fully aware of. I have a big problem with those who inflict pain on a living creature be it animal or human, be it consciously or not.

I did see DG's link to the report and noticed the repeat tnite. I'm glad Panorama highlighted the issue.

I could not face watching it either, the bits they showed were enough to turn my stomach

I took my dog to the vets a few years back to see if they could trim her nails. The vet just grabbed the dogs leg and lifted it up, so instinctivly my dog pulled her leg back. The vet then grabbed a clipboard and hit my dog across her head.

As you guessed I went mental at her. The vet said I was too soft and you have to let the dog know who is in charge!!!!!

I went straight into the waiting room and told everyone there what had happened. Everyone walked out. I spent the rest of the day outside the vets telling everyone who passed by. Over a dozen people joined me by the end of the day as they too had witnessed the same vet hitting their animals, dogs, cats and even rabbits.

The next day the senior vet asked me to go and see him. I gave him a list of names and addresses of the people who had approached me about the other vet.

A few days later the Senior vet rang to inform me that the other vet was no longer working there.

He had also reported her for animal cruelty and told me that she would now not be able to work as a vet anywhere.
