The Information Commissioners Office can and will take action against them for any breach of the said act (DPA).

 

The creditor can face substantial fines for any serious contravention of the Data Protection Act.

 

The data subject can take action against the creditor for any failure to comply with the data subject's rights under the act.

 

The creditor will have to spend money to ensure the personnel are trained and have the qualifications and skill to perform their duties to ensure that the company is operating in accordance with legislation.

 

The reality is, in this system of things, the creditors will hardly ever be disadvantaged, only the good, clean living and law abiding citizens of the land are disadvantaged, money is held above life.

Good people of this fine England are you willing to make a stand and unite, join together in the name of Justice, Freedom, Peace, Equality and for the sake of your children and your childrens children, are you all willing, do you want to see our senior citizens being looked after, do you want to feel safe, do you want to feel protected from all those who are bad?

 

You need not lift any iron in your hands nor clench your first and raise it against this wave of injustice that consumes our lives, No, good people make a stand together by staying at home for just one day with you children, your family, your neighbours, we owe it to each other, we owe it to our children, we owe it to our senior citizens, we owe it to ourselves,

 

 

BUT WE DO NOT OWE ANYTHING TO ANY GOVERNMENT WHO WILL NOT LOOK AFTER US, WE WERE NOT BORN OUT OF THE WOMB OWING ANY DEBT TO ANY MAN WHO CLAIMS TO HOLD A RIGHT OVER US, THESE SELF LABELLED RULERS ARE THE ONES WHO OWE THE DEBT.

 

I tell you this good people, I am no rebel, and I am no leader, but I ask you are you willing to stand next to me, for I tell you, I will stand infront of you to protect your life with my life, what is your heart's desire people, if it is for gold, then you are not welcome, but if your heart's only desire is to see all good people from all the fine lands on this earth living in freedom and peace as our creator intended us to, then my door will never close on you.

 

Millions of you, millions of you good people, you have the ability to place your hands on this earth and push it away from these crossroads, if you are willing to do that, then you will be fulfilling the testament of the human and this world would see and experience progress for the first time in its entire history.

 

I thank you for your time, I am willing to make this stand so that my sons and all the children in this world will grow to become free men and women.

The creditor is in breach of the Data Protection Act and you can report this to the Information Commissioners Office.

 

In reality, the creditor is unlikely to be disadvantaged.

Hello MARTIN,

 

Simple, do nothing and see what happens, it would be a silent protest for just one day, stay at home and do nothing except look after your family and your neigbour, why spend any of your time, effort and energy being a slave for a ruler who will not look after you?
