asked them if i could pay £1 per month as i have been made redundant,recived a letter today 3 weeks after sending it saying they carnt accept that offer because i have to send in bank statments and all other creditors info i owe money to,sent off £1 for my cca on monday so wait and see what comes back. the account was taken out in jan 2007.****es me off that you try and pay some thing till i get back on my feet but its just not good euff,some times i wonder why the hell i live

Don't let these idiots get to you.

 

You have offered them what you can afford and it doesn't suit. Well tough, thats their problem.

 

You have sent the CCA request off, wait and see what they come back with.

 

In the mean time, DO NOT enter into any conversation on the phone with them. Tell them everything in writing.

 

DO NOT send bank statments, details of other creditors or fill in any I&E sheets.

fookem all i say, i mean im wanting to pay back money but there all the same 4 months ago my credit score was perfect got accepted on a halifax loan thank god now i never went threw with it
