Just to clarify

A CC will state that they have complied with S78 by sending a copy of a credit card agreement. They will state when you issue an account in dispute letter that it is not in dispute as they have complied with S78.

BUT that does not mean that the agreement is enforceable in a court of law

I am correct in this?

A blank form - no.

A copy of your signed agreement - yes, provided it is compliant and has been executed.

I really do appreciate all those 'thank you' emails - I'm glad I've been able to help. Apologies if I haven't acknowledged all of them.

You can also ding my gong if you prefer. :)
