Bryan Carter court sumons for bank charges

Hi, i need some urgent help here,to day i recieved court papers from northampton county court,

it is reguarding bank charges from nat-west.

 

i never claimed them back as yet, as i was waiting to see what happend with this test case that is going on,

 

i need help as to what to do,

do i fill in the part that says: i intend to contest jurisdiction,

any help would be great.

Bryan Carter and the tricks they get up to are very well known on the forum, although I am no expert there are many here.

It might be useful if could consider up-loading the summons (via photobucket or similar application) please remove any personally identifiable information.

We'll need a whole lot more info. Can you provide some background/history, plus the actual particulars of claim (omitting any personal or account info).

Hi, sorry about the delay trying to get me scanner working,

well i had an account with nat west, i was not overdrawn however their were bank charges on the account that made it overdrawn.

i refused to pay the bank charges to nat west.

 

the next thing this bryan carter is involved,

i told them i would not be paying it back as i belived it to be unfair bank charges,

now i have a court sumons: it states :

( the defendant agreed to pay monthly instalments under account number xxxxxxx, but has faild to do so.

 

and the claiment claims the sum of 654.83.

 

the claiment also claims interest theron pursuant to s.69 county court act 1984 limited to one year to the date hereof at the rate of 8% per annum amounting to 0.00.

 

i have just been on the .gov website i put my court case number in and notified them i will be defending this case.

If they issue against you they cannot claim to be relying on the FSA waiver & we know 2 higher courts have already ruled the OFT can determine what is fair........... Don't just defend ...... counter claim

yes: i need to put a request in to nat west for my bank statements, as they have closed my on line banking otherwise i could have got the details from their,

how long can i put off the court, so i can get all my bank statements to-gether.
