HOW do i know if CCJ was issued with a true CCA 2006

Hi

 

How can I know if a CCJ issued in Dec 2006 ,was issued on the basis that a true CCA was presented to the court at that time .

 

I have asked the solicitors for a CCA , but no responce for over 5 weeks now, can i ask the court to provide the documents shown at that time .

You cannot ask the court but did you send a erquest to the original creditor?

Hi

 

I sent a CCA request or rather my advisor did , and have received no reply , one other sent a duff CCA, and another two have also failed to reply to CCA .

 

a 4th one wrote the debt off .

 

 

A bit of history to help you get it ,all were sent a CCA request and waiver request.

 

my advisor wrote off for write offs because of my ill-health and age 61+, and the fact that i would be very highly unable to ever work again.

 

Natwest wrote it off

 

Capquest refused too write off, and waiver .

 

I intend to send a re-consider the waiver request and a default of a True copy of CCA

 

Co-op (GPB solictors ) no responce this is the CCJ one.

HFC (ruthbridge) no responce

Please can I have template letters for each scenario.
