Sorry to see British Gas still not up to standards. Since my settlement with them, I moved to Scottish Power, submit my reading online at the end of the month to help keep on top of bills. Don't exactly get cheap energy, but 10/10 for the ease of management which helps us stay ahead!

 

Sorry I cannot offer much help, but what about contacting and complaining to the Energy Ombudsman? You will need to exhaust the BG complaints process first though.

why when the consumerversus some big company does it have to take this sort of action from consumers to even get the matter heard?...aren't we all sick of hearing about record profits and fat cats whilst bills are on the increase?....Good luck I'll visit Cag and follow your progress with interest
