hi, i need some help. i got my bank statements from the last 6 years with my charges but i don't know what to do now.

First, start your own thread....don't hijack someone elses.

Next, read the FAQs, the Step-By-Step guides in the library section.

Also read the threads in this forum to familiarise yourself with procedures.

Just bear in mind that you will be taking on a large financial organization with unlimited funds and a legal department that doesn't want you to succeed.

If you follow the advice in these forums you WILL succeed. But it is vital that you fully understand what you are doing.

If you have any questions after you have read the FAQs etc, just post them on your own thread. The answers won't be very far away.

Good luck with your claim.

Hi Angelus,

Just seen your last few posts. I hope you have been given the help and advice you need. I would feel very daunted by the prospct of 'not knowing what to do next'. This site is totally invalueable, and i'm sure it doesnt want anyone to fail against the banks. Keep your chin up, and hopefully it will get sorted. Good luck with your next step, whatever you decide to do.

Hi Angelus

Just wondering if you have any update on your claim. What did you decide to do? Did you get it sorted? Abbey acknowledged my claim on the 10th, so waiting for their defence. Let us know how its going.

Hi Angelus, I see from the Litigation section that your claim has been settled.

I received the defence from Barclays today and would be very interested to hear how you settled with Barclays.

I don't think you went to court. Did you submit an Allocation Questionaire? Did you do a deal with Keith Jeremiah?

Don't let the fatherless chillen get ya!

Hi! I'm really new to this, but definatley know that I want my money BACK! So I'm gonna read all the stuff on the website and order the book and pack things, but you said to someone else that you need to set up your own thread. How do you do that? If you can please keep it in simple terms as I'm not the best on computers! Thanx
