Hello,

I'm in arrears with a payday loan company . They keep calling me at work, it must be every, much to my and my colleges annoyance!

I've tell them to contact me in writing only both on the phone and via email. But they still call! I went home ill the other day because of it.

Anything I can do to stop this.

Hi there, report them to trading standards and then email them to tell them you have done so. Constantly harassing you at work is out of order.

Which payday company is it?

Capital Finance One are a bunch of cowboys and are hopefully soon to go out of business as their systems keep failing again and again.

I took a loan out with them and then cancelled as after over a week the money hadn't transferred in due to "system errors".

Are they able to get payment from you?

:!: Activ Kapital 2009 - £316 debt cancelled due to no credit agreement

:!: TNC Legal Collections (Swinton) - £61 written off due to complaint being upheld with the FOS

 Don't let people take advantage of you and stand up for your rights and beliefs

:p You only live once so don't take things so seriously
