I have a secured loan through Swift Advances and although they increased the interest rate numerous times from 2004 to 2008 when the Bank Rates increased they have not reduced the rate since despite the current reductions in the base rate. Does any one have a similar situation and is this legal??

What does the clause on your agreement state...

post it up and i will let you know if it the same as FP.
