If you have what have they sent you statement wise?

 

How far back did they go?

 

Remember this is specifically if you have sent a SAR April 2009 onwards.

sent SAR in earlyApril 2009, received reply, statements go back 6 years along with all other documents sent under separate cover.In the process of reclaiming bank charges.Also had a loan with Natwest the results of which are on my thread Natwest V Firstship.WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE QUESTION????????????????? all the best Firstship

Well they should provide statement information back to July 2001 as per the waiver and if your account was open prior to October 2002 then you should ask for the archived notes as well. Cos they should provide that as well.

Not 100% on this one but I think you will find you can only claim back for a period of 6 years....if this is incorrect I am sure somebody will clarify the rulings................if I am wrong likewise I will go back to 2001....cheers

On bank charges under the FSA Waiver it's 27th July 2001 however the archive stuff is still worth having and worth a read.
