i have a claim against nat west and at their request, because of the oft case, have put it on hold.... since then my file has been passed to intrum justitia, westcot, nco and the most recent robinson way, charming people!... yesterday i was threatend with doorstep collection if i didnt make a payment there and then!!!! todays guy was slightly less obnoxios but wanted to know if i was working or if i was a home owner,i told him i wasn't prepared to give him this information...he did say he would put the case on hold, for now, but i want nat west to tell them to do so... i have just spoken to someone at nat west collection centre, finally, having been passed around the country, (spoke to a very very stroppy woman at recovery) this guy didn't really seem to know what he was talking about,he isnt sure if the debt has been sold or not, but told me that because case is on hold i should ring intrum monday morning explaining what is going on, they already have a letter from me explaining that the claim is on hold at nat wests request.. this hasnt stopped them passing my file to anyone and everyone... surely nat west should be doing the running around, not me,since its in their interest for me not to persue this matter at the moment... any advice anyone please, these people really make my blood boil.....

thanks in advance

karen

I would report NatWest to the FSA for a breach of the FSA Waiver as well on Monday.
