Good Morning All,

I have recently lost my job and I believe I now have good grounds to claim hardship as I have no money coming into my house and no savings.

Are there any template letters/forms that I can use??

Regards

I'm not sure about this site, but National Debtline has a good pack that you can download for free and that has template letters and budget sheets. It will also tell you what is considered to be a reasonable amount to claim for housekeeping etc.

If you feel I've helped then by all means click my star to the left...a simple "thank you" costs nothing! ;)

Hi Guys,

I have just written my Hardship case letter, I just wanted to check.. should this be sent to the bank itself? if so, can anyone advise me on the address for the Yorkshire bank dealing with such claims?

Yes you send it to the bank with an income and expenditure form(household income) and notices of arrears.

Send it recorded delivery as well and update the thread with your progress.
