Hi Everyone, I'm relatively new to this so firstly hope this is posted in the right area.

 

For some weeks now I've been meaning to get around to starting to see if my credit cards are enforcable, this is the first attempt at one of many and about 40k's worth debt. This could be life changing for me and my family so our fingers are crossed.

 

As I've said this is the first card we've got the information back from - and the smallest amount so working upwards.

 

I'd be really grateful if anyone can provide me with any feedback on whether this agreement is legimate.

 

To explain the attachement - the word doc's 1 and 2 are the signed agreement - in photobucket they just won't scale up so they are word docs. The image below was then a seperate sheet - with not signature on it.

Also I've had a quick look at the agreement and ask if you took out the PPI with the card. This would give you a seperate opportunity to make a mis selling claim for the PPI and get all your premiums back.

That looks enforceable to me - all the prescribed terms are there (albeit handwritten).
