You would need to have the CCJ set aside first as the CCJ enforces the debt.

How long ago was the CCJ granted?

Have payments been made towards the CCJ?

Were there penalty charges on the account e.g. late payment fees, overlimit fees?

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?

Hi, CCJ was granted about 9 or ten months ago, payments made as ordered, i imagine there are late payment fees and other charges on the account but no statement or any info has been provided thus far by Moorcroft....

If you don't have statements to identify what charges have been added then you will need to send a SAR to the original creditor.
