Ok

1) So APR is out.

2) DN is incorrect, I have had two of these, 1st dated 08.11.06 gives until 27.11.06, 2nd one dated 12.01.07 gives until 31.01.07. So 100% incorrect.

3) TN dated 22.02.07, received after DN, but requesting arrears, late payment interest fees and costs, plus amount required to pay half total amount payable. Is this also tosh??

Can I enter an embbarrassed defence now??? What's my next line of attack if any??

Thanks

S.B.
