I am hoping that someone can advise me...

BLS took over an account from LLoyds in Dec 2001.

The amount owing at that time was £19000. I have paid BLS each month by direct debit and now want to know how much i still have left to pay. I really want to be sure that i havent incurred further charges. By my calculations i still have four years to go.

Will they provide a statement of the account? I also i need a copy of the cca for my records...... how amenable are these guys?

Thanks

Will they provide a statement of the account?
Yes. They have no choice in the matter. It is a statutory requirement

It is not a question of amenability. You are making a statutory request. If they choose not to supply a copy of the agreement within the statutory time frames or at all then the account is unenforceable. They have a legal duty to comply.
