No DD with them.

 

They just used my card and took an unathorised payment.

 

Cancelled the card got a new one on the way.

Inca V Barclaycard/CSL: Complaint sent after CSL illegally took money from my account. Dispute ready to send: Not heard anything since March 2009! Jan 2011 Rc'd letter from new debt collectors saying they have bought the debt. Joy!

Inca's Nan V Saga Card: Utter *****!! Low payments eventually accepted

Inca's Nan V MBNA: Low payments accepted

Inca's sister V Moorcroft: WON. Low payments accepted.

Inca's sister V Thames Credit: Nothing received. Dispute sent 08/01/09: Not heard a dicky bird since March 2009!

As said, if it's an issue with affordability alone, (and it's never enough for these people what ever you offer), and being on JSA then they can't have any money that you need to live on.

 

The Nation Debtline will put your mind at ease on this subject in the difference of what a creditor wants as opposed to what you are able to live on. If you can't afford to pay them and are going without esentials or struggling to pay the heating and food bills. Then, the choice is clear. Don't pay them.

MBNA1&2 - Agreements received. (Currently in limbo)
