Cca Request To Hsbc Cc Needed

I have 4 accounts with HSBC . One if them is a credit card. The problem is that I have a balance of £2253.41 in debt, at present and the limit is £3,000.00. Last month I paid £100.00 towards the balance and HSBC have charged this to the rest of it.

29.87 When I paid the £100.00 towards my balance I was expecting it should have been £2,210.00 but looked today and it was for £2253.41. So they have only taken off £56.59 and the £43.41 is on interest. Each month I try and pay £100.00 sometimes a little less but the interest adding on is too high. I have tried switching to another card but have had no luck either.

I have access to the online banking with them and regularly check my statements, but I cannot check any previous statements regarding my credit card account with which is very annoying. It's not that I do not want to pay but I am finding it very difficult paying if they keep charging me so much interest and the balance will hardly ever come down. I have sent a subject access request to HSBC on 10th Dec 08, no reply yet, but was thinking maybe I should have sent them a CCA request first.Can some one tell me what the address is where to send CCA request to please. I am on benefits and I have already asked HSBC to freeze my interest but they have refused so really need a bit of advice please.
