did all my bank charges reclaim, got an offer that i was hapy with cash wise

so i replied accepting the offer but only if they remove the default from my credit file and send the refund in cheque and not paid into my bank account

now they have put the money on my account, and have sent a letter today saying the will not remove the default and cant send a cheque.

now before i start making myself look sily sending them another letter, am i right in saying my complaint is not complete and as they have not agreed to what i have asked for within the refund then i still have a case

any help please

its your choice on this but if it was me

no way, hosay

i would send them a letter refuting the offer

say its conditional on default removel

you are half way there as they have paid you the charges

give them a letter before action saying you are going to serve an n1 claim

send them the money back in a cheque also

it seems they are hoping you will take the money and run

if you do issue a claim put the default removel in as well

but its your choice

waiting game again ime afraid
