prelim approach sent 20/07/2006

although they missed out 6 months of charges from 27/10/2000-03/05/2001

 

Have requested this info with the prelim approach.

 

Total so far £1169

Just a quick note, they sent a letter asking for authorisation of payment, and then sent the statements, they made no note of manual intervention. And no other letters. Is this ok?
