You wont have to worry about it becoming Statute Barred as its a Catalogue Debt and I bet you never signed a CCA for it:)

 

Does this mean that they have to supply me with a signed CCA for me to actually be held liable for it?

To enforce this alleged debt through a Court they would need a properly executed CCA agreement signed by you.

I just want to say thanks so much for everyones help here. It's a shame it is quite difficult to get access to this kind of place int he first place. It disgusts me to know that these bullies take advantage of people & sometimes it can feel like there is nowhere to turn.
