Hi,

I think it might be dunnie1 that you are looking for. I know he is definately going for pre 6 years anyway and his thread is a really good one, I have been following him. I think its called Dunleavy V Barclays.

It might not be the one you are looking for but definately worth a read.

Good luck

Hi all, thanks for all the help. Am after a little bit more......;)

I handed in my Allocation Questionaire to the court office on 22nd December. Today I received the following from my local court:-

"TAKE NOTICE that the Case Management Conference will take place on 21 March 2007 at Consett County Court When you should attend 15 MINUTES has been allowed for the Case Management Conference.

Please Note: This case may be released to another Judge, possibly at a different court."

Now I've done a bit of digging on the forums and this seems quite new. I have found a thread where a number of people have received one of these for another court. Has anyone else had one of these hearings (not necessarily this court) and on the off chance does anyone else have the same date for this court?

As always any information much appreciated.

sounds like a directions hearing to me. the judge will try to settle the case before its allocated to a track to save costs and because they know banks always settle before a hearing proper. You would have probably been grouped with all other bank cases the court is dealing with currently, and as such will have time to put forward you case or have judgement passed in the absence of the defendant (bank). have a read of my thread for more detailed explanation.
