Hi folks,

 

I settled with the coop in a f&f in March. I have their offer in writing thankfully. What I have never had is a reciept of payment from them. I have written to them twice asking very nicely if they would confirm that the account is now closed and that they have submitted it as paid in full to the credit reference companies. As yet, I have heard nothing and my credit report still lists the account as active and seriously behind. Any tips as to a better approach? I have tried being very nice..........

i think a request under S10 of the DPA for "accurate" data processing would be the way to go, then if non compliance, they would have 21 days, a complaint to the ICO and FOS
