Hi everyone

Found this site earlier this week and think its really great. I'm not good at computers but am still learning it took me ten minutes to work out how to post this thread but I got there eventually.

I have had some sucess in claiming back bank charges.

Barclays paid back £600.00.

Halifax £1219.00.

Nat West 344.00.

I have taken court action against Monument but of course all cases are on hold at the moment until the High Court decision.

I am wondering if I should start proceeding against Lloyds or wait until the decision of the High Court. Any advice on this.

The advantage of filing a claim is that you will ensure any charges for the last 6 years will not be time barred by the Limitation Act and you will be accruing s69 8% interest in the meanwhile. The downside is you need to pay the court fees now and if this is a problem you can just wait for the outcome of the test case.
