I took up a contract with T-mobile Flext 35 and after the 1st scheduled payment I realised there was no money in my account for that date. Which I believed was my fault.

 

I contacted them as soon as possible to change the date the Direct debit would be going out AND was promised money would be going out on the 28th but to my surprise T-Mobile had went ahead to to debit the money on a wrong date leaving me a DD charge. I have closed the account but I am looking to claim the last charge back .

 

What can I do?
