Just about to send of 1st letter to Lloyds TSB claiming roughly £550in overdraft excess charges. I have filled out the letter provided stating how much i wish to claim back... i have missed out the lost interest because it is minimal... if not non excistent! Am i right in believing i have to send of all relevant statements highlighting where they have charged me...? I have also been charged on my student account so do i send two separate letters (two different acc numbers) or just send all statements from both accounts with one letter? ((if this makes sense))!

Many thanks!!

Hi

No need to send the statements back, fill in one of the spreadsheets from the link below, and send that to them:

If they are both current accounts (not credit cards) you could do them in one letter with both account numbers on.

Good luck, keep us posted.

Barty:)

I WON!!!! :D :D :D
