Just about to send of 1st letter to Lloyds TSB claiming roughly £550in overdraft excess charges. I have filled out the letter provided stating how much i wish to claim back... i have missed out the lost interest because it is minimal... if not non excistent! Am i right in believing i have to send of all relevant statements highlighting where they have charged me...? I have also been charged on my student account so do i send two separate letters (two different acc numbers) or just send all statements from both accounts with one letter? ((if this makes sense))!
