update

 

put in my ammended poc and allocation quest tday, cost me £275

going all the way with this now, wish me luck.

 

just a quick question, these two agreements go back to 2002

i have the t&c, but a copy on sepearate a4 paper, how do i know these are current, they could have been copied off anything

just opend post and welcome have sent the default notice ref hp agreement. where the hell did they get £17800 from, oustanding balance, is this legit, check my agreement on thread 4

realy need some advice

If the amount stated in the default notice is incorrect it is legally invalid.

They just seem to have plucked it out of thin air don't they. The main point is that it is clearly incorrect.

quick question

welcome in there court defence state that the personel loan agreement does not state the ammount of credit , being a prescribed term , grants that a court cannot enforce the agreement. will repost below the part of there defence

what are the chances of the court making the agreement enforceble

suggestions please

Given that the application is being decided at a hearing an not "without a hearing" it would be in your interests to attend, JIC the other side attend and object
