  1. Hi They have 28 days from when the claim was served to submit a defence. Good luck! Barty
  2. Hi Did you receive your AQ from the court or a copy of Lloyds TSB AQ? You have to fill in your AQ and send it back to the Court. LTSB usually ask for a copy of your AQ, and you do not have to send this to them. Hope this makes sense! Barty
  3. Big Congratulations Freebird!! :D You really deserve it. Barty
  4. Hi I can't see there being a problem hand delivering at all, Barty
  5. Hi I claimed successfully for mine, and yes they were called 'usage' then changed to 'excess' later on. If I was you I would definately go for it. Barty
  6. Hi Yes, just the charges not the 8% interest yet. I'm not sure about your other questions, hopefully someone else will answer them soon. Barty
  7. Hi I left the interest out of my claim, it was hard to calculate and only a small amount, and they settled my claim. It is entirely up to you. Good luck! Barty
  8. Hi Craig When you fill the forms in, you do them online then just press submit at the end. Hope that makes sense! Good luck Barty
  9. Hi David Firstly CONGRATULATIONS on your settlement. I don't think you would have paid the £100 fee on this amount, I could be wrong on this though ?? Barty
  10. Hi The expert part is totally normal, I had it on mine, just more scaring tactics I reckon. Good luck! Barty

  15. Hi Kelly Have a look at the FAQ: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/ and the Step-by-step instructions: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/31460-step-step-instructions.html These should answer all your questions, if not, post again and we'll try to help you. Good luck! Barty
  16. Hi I would spend a few days having a good read around the board, and having a look at the FAQ: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/ It's definately worth the effort. Good luck! Barty
  17. Hi There is a guide in one of the libraries for filling in you AQ, it's quite straightforward: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/11644-allocation-questionnaires-guide-completion.html I wouldn't bother contacting SCM just yet, in my claim I never contacted them at all, but I know others have, so it's entirely up to you. Barty
  18. Hi Kirsty You can not claim for the account service charges, they must be for a "Select" account or something similar. Good luck to you and your friend. Barty
  19. Hi Chris This is the standard response from LTSB, you will receive a copy of their defence and a Allocation Questionnaire to fill in soon. Don't worry about going to Court, they have settled everytime before court, have a read of all the stories in the "Successes" forum http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=101 Good luck! Barty
