  1. Hello I completed the online claim last Friday but do not know where I should send the schedule of charges that I am claiming for. I read the FAQs but all I could find was this - You cannot include your schedule of charges here, you should post 2 copies of your schedule to the Northampton Bulk Processing Centre Can someone please tell me the address and confirm I should send the details there? Also, should I be hearing from the court - I've received nothing at all yet? Thanks in advance
  2. Hi I'm sorry if this has been asked dozens of times before, but I cannot find the info. Which address do I send the letter asking for my charges back (have details of all charges, dates, etc) - is it to the branch where I hold the account or a central address. Any help appreciated.T Thanks S
  3. Hi Barty Thanks for the reply. I will include them and see what happens. Did you have any usage charges that were low, like £5? I've got them at all different rates - £5, £15, £25 etc. but called the same thing. Thanks for the help.
  4. Hi all Surely overdraft 'usage' charges of £30 is not appropriate in one month? It seems some people say yes, claim them and others say no, so I am still not sure what to do. It seems to be that the charges were called 'overdraft usage charges' up to 2001/02 but then were renamed 'overdraft excess charges' since then. Has anyone had their claim for these charges declined? Thanks for any help
  5. Thank you Barty, that's a real help. Much appreciated. S
  6. Can anyone clarify whether I can claim for this charge or not? I have read through FAQs but I'm still not clear. There are charges each month on my statements for 'overdraft usage' which is not something I can remember 'agreeing' to. However, the charges in some months are £5 and other months the same description, but the charges are £15 or even £25. Are these amounts all reclaimable? Any advice appreciated. Also, do you send the initial claim by registered post? Thanks in advance. S
