BARTY replied to miss_squeezy77's topic in LloydsTsb Successes
Hi There is no e-mail address for SCM, well not that they've told anyone on here about anyway. Barty -
Hi You can not claim for Account Charges, these are legitimate charges, they will be for a Select Account or something similar. HTH Barty

Congratulations!!! Barty
-
Hi You could try, but I bet they will file their defence last minute as usual. Good luck! Barty
-
Hi David Yes that sounds about right to me. Good Luck! Barty
-
Hi Lee It was about 3 weeks before my court date that I received my settlement letter, but there has also been a few cases where it's been settled the day before. It'll be any day now for you I bet, so good luck! Barty
-
Hi Give them 14 days from when they received your letter then start the Court claim. You should also start your own thread, then you can keep track of your progress and get any help you need. Good lucK! Barty
-
Hi If you send a Private Message to one of the Site Helpers or moderators they should be able to move this for you. Ba:) rty

Hi Karen Yes as long as you have given them the 14 days then send the LBA, don't bother with the Ombudsman. Good luck! Barty
-
Hi Sean Yes you can. Good luck with your claim! Barty
-
Hi Good luck and lots of patience to you! Barty

Hi Yes stick to your dead lines and send the letter before action. Good Luck Barty
-
Hi Danni Yes I won!! It took a long time, I think I started in April and they paid up mid October, about 3 weeks before my court date. You certainly need a lot of patience with these lot! Good luck with your claim. Barty

Hi Yes this sounds like a standard defence, so just a matter of waiting for your Court date. Good Luck Barty -
Hi No you will not get your postage money back either, sorry Danni. Barty
-
Hi Sam, I'm not sure really, when I did mine I filed it online. Someone else should be able to help, or PM one of the site helpers if no-one else replies. Barty

Hi Damian, Make sure you have given Lloyds TSB the 14 days, then send the Letter Before Action. Personally I wouldn't bother with the OFT. Good Luck Barty

Congratulations, talk about last minute!! Are you going to start again for the rest of your charges then? Barty -
Congratulations!! Barty

Hi Sam To be honest, I don't think they will settle without filing a court claim. The £120 is a lot of money, but you will get this back when you receive your settlement. Also if you are on benefits/low income you might be exempt from the fees. Don't give up, we're all here to help you. It's a long, hard journey but you will get YOUR money back. Barty
-
Congratulations!!! :D Barty
-
Hi Yes you should send the LBA now, they have already had the 14 days. Good Luck Barty
-
Hi Dirk Yes you can claim for all of these. Good luck with your claim. Barty
