"Draft" is spot on. They didn't actually manufacture that sign. The pics of actual signage you posted from Google spyview earlier are exactly the same as their exhibit 2. Depending on the OP's stamina and hate level, I can see a good GDPR claim looming.

Hmm, so if they went to court (NOT gonna happen) and told the Judge "wer're claiming £101 for stolen items, but we don't actually know what was stolen", what do you think the Judge might say?? This alone should give you an idea of their professionalism and legal standing.

I found it a little difficult at first Dave, but if you look at the pics with the knowledge that the car is actually facing the roundabout in every pic, you'll get the idea. The car is leaving the car park in every picture...

The only way to verify whether there is any financial reward for the management is seeing the agreement. That would be required during disclosure IF court proceedings went ahead... Unless you could bring pressure to bear and get a copy?

Hi T911 and welcome to CAG. As you say, an interesting screw up. So much for quality control! Anyway, our regular advice is to ignore all of their increasingly threatening missives... UNLESS you get a letter of claim, then come back here and we'll help you write a "snotty letter" to help them decide whether to take it any further with their stoopid pics. If you get mail you're unsure of, just upload it for the team to have a look.

According to this DCBL letter, their client is Euro Car Parks Limited. Has the keeper possibly got more than one PCN on the go? The keeper has been fortunate then. PPC's can use the "original" keeper info from DVLA to pursue their charge. They don't have to keep checking DVLA for changes of address. The keeper should now write to Euro Car Parks and update them with the current address to avoid any chance of a back door CCJ. Make sure a proof of postage is obtained and keep it safe...

So, an important step is to kill email communication to prevent them ambushing you with last minute documents, just before a court hearing. Send them a letter instructing them not to use email for any further communication in your mutual legal dispute. Get a free proof of posting from the post office and keep it safe.

Not sure whether this should be included? It may get back to MET and tip them off to something you may use in a WS further down the line.

Worry, Just a thought... You are saying that you're no good at writing letters. This doesn't need to be a shakespearian work of art. it just needs to be honest... Reading through your very own first few posts throws up the following: i have misused my partner's freedom pass and got caught. i am worrying and panicking. Due to the rising costs, i thought i want to save money. they asked me if my partner knows that i used the pass and i said i don't know. Will my partner be implicated? I really don't want to and have to live with knowing that the pass is confiscated and will not get it back?? as i said i have no excuse other than to save some money I must admit i use the pass non peak and use it for 2 or 3 days a week. I have no excuses and am bad in writing letters. My mind is totally blank and can't sleep. I have been using it - freedom pass for a long time, this is why i am worried, my memory fails me! With a little thought and editing, these snippets would make a good starting point for your own unique letter. As Honeybee says, uniqueness works in your favour and your own words are unique.

If her name appears on Google, she must apply to Google to have it removed. Nobody else can do it, only her. Known as the right to be forgotten. BTW, it's unlikely she'll get them to do it.
