  1. Not your fault at all Niknak. These vampires have been playing the game a long time and rely on their prey's lack of knowledge. (They hate forums like this one).
  2. Is there by any chance a ticket present on the picture of the windscreen?
  3. I'd await for further advice from the guys on here. The usual is to ignore everything until/unless you get a letter of claim from them. Communicating with them may throw away useful legal protection. As you will have read in the sticky, they've sent their notice too late for ANPR and too early for a windscreen ticket. read a few more threads to get the gist of what happens...
  4. There's a fair bit involved... They will effectively be relying on contract law. They wrote stuff on signs that you apparently agree to by parking. The first thing that occurs to me is that this is not ANPR. Did they leave a ticket on your vehicle? But first can you follow the instructions in the sticky to help the guys...
  5. Let's not overlook the fact that the contract is not actually with the PPC "Complete Parking (CPS) Ltd". It's with a dissolved company "Complete Parking Services Ltd" and apparently, another party "JS Management & Consultancy Services Ltd". Complete mess...
  6. Well, all is not lost... Just wait for further advice. They're all volunteers here with their regular lives to lead.
  7. Also, could you please follow the instructions in the sticky above. It'll help the guys with their advice.
  8. Well first thing Killa is you've left the PCN number showing. Can someone please remove the pdf? Others will be along when they can to offer advice.
  9. TS, You could now be awfully helpful to the Hull Council planning enforcement team and give them the contact details of the landowners. Save them the trouble of contacting land registry.
  10. Just checked... you could ask for the claim to be struck out for non attendance under CPR 27.9(2) ? Because they have not given you written notice. (You've disallowed e-mail service). But presumably you'd have to do this on the day, because you "don't know" about their non attendance until then?
  11. Loads of scared, ignorant (no offence intended) people pay up because they think it's a fine! The chancers wouldn't bother with all this palaver if it didn't pay... And it does pay extremely well!
  12. Yes, I believe the entrance signage is quite important. The experts will probably confirm or shoot me down in flames.
  13. Also, using Google street view date change, it seems that the entrance signage "disappears" sometime between October 2015 Google Maps WWW.GOOGLE.CO.UK Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps. and June 2016 Google Maps WWW.GOOGLE.CO.UK Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps. and is absent all the way up to this August. Does this mean there can't be a "parking contract" formed?
  14. Don't know whether it's significant but having looked at the PCN's earlier in the thread and using google view, it seems that the "photographic evidence" shows the vehicle to be on a public road? (Outside the car park).
  15. This is a real result because, believe me, Hull Council are NOT normally pro active on anything.
  16. Jackace, You really should start reading up on other threads, so you know who what / who you are dealing with. These vermin issue thousands of invoices and will obviously get thousands of appeals with similar reasoning to your own. They fully know their own shortcomings, but will ignore them and simply pursue motorists for the cash no matter what. They are just chasing the dollar.
  17. Also, on the miniscule writing at the bottom of their sign, the first sentence is "EURO CAR PARKS IS SOLELY ENGAGED TO PROVIDE A SPACE MAXIMISATION SCHEME". "Solely engaged" appears to be a very specific exclusive statement. I can see that it would probably involve the layout of the car park and painting pretty boxes on the floor. But, is the statement exclusive enough to prevent them doing anything else, such as using ANPR and issuing invoices?
  18. TS. You should be reading other threads to bone up on the process... If you had, you'd know about the standard defence and the reasons for it. Most important... submit anything you're going to commit in writing here first for the experts to run their eyes over it.
  19. I would say that you're quite correct Jackace. Nothing on their alleged "contract", (the signage) stipulates when the free 30 minutes is to be applied. They might, as you say try to "suggest" it applies before the paid time, but IT DOESN'T SAY THAT IN THE CONTRACT...
