Operation of vehicles No person shall drive or operate a vehicle on the harbour premises without complying with all the statutory requirements that are applicable on public roads. And, as parking on public roads is allowed...

This is questionable LFI. Although they've used some of the wording, they haven't specifically stated they're using POFA... Just a misleading statement that they have the right to pursue the keeper. Which, of course they haven't!

kjaska, You certainly missed a trick here! Section15.1 of their T's &C's allow you to end your membership early due to "loss of employment". (PDF attached) A question for the team... They are still saying right at the end of the letter that "you can view CCTV evidence of your case online"...????? Crazy! The letter (1st page) also says that the email they sent on 15 Jan gave you an email to contact for the CCTV footage. I've looked at your post on the 15th Jan quoting from that email, and you don't mention the email contact details. Maybe check what the original email says again?
