There must be hundreds, nay thousands of Non-UK tax payers, like myself, living and working abroad with no recourse to claim illegal bank charges, because we are not resident or do not have a UK address. We are missing out big time! Most of us came abroad to ease financial and economic restraints, imposed on us whilst living and working in the UK, to give our families, a better and financially secure life style. I want to help you get your money back, as well as my own. We can only do this by banding together and using this excellent site to advance our claims. Reply in the first instance to this thread, to see what kind of interest there is lurking out there and the moderators may help in forming a special case for us. Nothing to lose, only more money to add to your non-taxed income. Result......
