They then put you on a different number (01952 206316) - it rings for ages so beware

Hi dont know if this helps but I rang the Telford number (had to pay them money!) it rang for ages but I then asked for my statements when i got through to a person and they posted within 2 weeks free of charge!

Just for info the above address is also for the "solicitors" Green & Co, dont look to be registered with the SRA though
