barklays bank ccj help needed

hi, i've got a ccj on my credit file, and its from barclays bank for a loan, the ccj was registered in oct 2004, i never recieved any notice from barclays or the court as i wasn't living at the address due to a relationship breakdown.

 

i contacted barclays bank and northampton county court to find out about paying this ccj off, i was told it had been passed on to a debt collector, when i rang said debt collector i was informed that they had passed it onto another company, upon ringing said company the said the didn't have the details updated on the system and to ring back in a months time,

 

one month later still no details.

 

what i wanted to know was if i was to cca barclays wth my account number and they dont have a singed cca (or have lost it), can i get the ccj wiped off my credit file

 

any help would be greatly apprecieated

Send in a SAR to get the information concerning the loan, particularly the agreement.

If they can not produce the agreement they cant pursue it.

but the ccj was registered in 2004, if the bank cant preduce the agreemnt can i get the ccj removed?

You probably have grounds for set aside as you never had the docs at your address.

Sending a CCA request at thsi stage will not benefit you as non production of the agreeemtn means they cannot enforce the debt, this debt has already been enforced by the CCJ.
