I received a letter in july from Solicitors, for the TSb asking how i reached the sum i did. I sent copies of statements, and a calculated interest from the tenplates. The letter said it needed to contact its client (TSB) and try to agree a settlement. When the new ruling was brought in, i expected it to all be frozen. About two weeks ago, i received a letter from the courts, saying the court hearing has been set for October 19th 2007. A few days later, i received a letter from the Solicitors saying, things are on hold for now basically. What do i do, with regards to the court, as i have not heard from them to say this is not going ahead in October? Please can someone guide me, as to what happens now. Thanks

Until you hear from the court, assume that it is going ahead.

It might be worth giving them a call, asking if Lloyds have applied for a stay - they most likely have - and then you will have to decide if you want to oppose it or not.

Please note that I am not a legal expert and all advice given is without prejudice and is purely my opinion only.
