  1. I received a letter in july from Solicitors, for the TSb asking how i reached the sum i did. I sent copies of statements, and a calculated interest from the tenplates. The letter said it needed to contact its client (TSB) and try to agree a settlement. When the new ruling was brought in, i expected it to all be frozen. About two weeks ago, i received a letter from the courts, saying the court hearing has been set for October 19th 2007. A few days later, i received a letter from the Solicitors saying, things are on hold for now basically. What do i do, with regards to the court, as i have not heard from them to say this is not going ahead in October? Please can someone guide me, as to what happens now. Thanks

    lloyds tsb

Hi, i went through the online court service, to lodge a claim against the Lloyds Tsb, for bank charges reclaim. I just checked the status, and it says on 21st june the defendant has 'defence'. Apparantley it will now be dealt with in a court. Can anyone tell me, what this entails, and time scale involved, and what will be the procedure, will i need to appear. What would i need to be armed with? is there a chance they can get away with paying nothing? i would appreciate any advise, that anybody can give thanks

    lloyds tsb

Hi all, we are new to this, we have sent all the template letters, as advised. We are now entering into the court situation, we were wondering, if my wife and i have seperate accounts, and they are both being disputed with the lloyds tsb, can we issue one claim, or are they seperate, purely because of court costs. Can anyone advise please.
